He is consultant to Various NBFC’s for their product design and Implementation.

He has experience of 26 years as cross-functional professional in Legal and Consultancy, designated as Senior Panel Lawyer with Top Nationalized Banks e.g. State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of India, CanFin Homes Ltd and United India Insurance and NOIDA Authority specifically in Property Law (Real Estate)Deftness in developing and implementing Real Estate Projects & Legal requirement of Developers of Real Estate Projects.

He is also Partner of VJM & Associates, a Chartered Accountants & handling Tax Advisory and Compliance Practice matters of the firm. He is also member of Pragati Club and East Delhi CA CPE Study Circle. He has advised significant number of HNI, domestic and multinational corporations in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures, corporate reorganizations, etc. He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters under Income tax and Service tax.
